Summary :
Looking for a candidate on digital marketing front to project manage enterprise level roll out of digital tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Data Management Platform, Marketing Cloud, Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management. As a part of the Technology team, the candidate needs to work closely with marketing team as an internal client and tier1 technology partners like Wipro / Infosys / Accenture.
Soft Skills :
- Well spoken English.
- Highly proactive.
- Good time management (including down time).
- Fluency in client communications: calls, chat, email, tickets, etc.
- Ability to present technical solutions and articulate proposals.
- Excellent response times.
- Documentation skills.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution.
- Ability to constantly learn and update body of knowledge with emerging development trends.
- Experience coaching junior resources.
- Risk management and troubleshooting.
Tech Skills :
- Advanced knowledge in the latest related technologies.
- Implementation experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Good understanding of SEO.
- Web to lead, CRM experience will be a plus.
- Hands on DMP platform like audience manager will be a plus.
- Good understanding of open source and COTS platform in digital space.
Must Have :
- 6+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Implementation experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar COTS platform
- Good understanding of SEO and how to increase rankings.
- Understanding of surround technologies like HTML, PIM, DAM, Cloud, SaaS, Open source etc.
- MBA or equivalent
Future Growth :
- Digital transformations being the key project, can grow into position of Head of Enterprise Applications.
