Job Role Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organisation, metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve business sales & distribution goals and objectives in specified territory in a sustainable manner. Job Description - Have first hand knowledge of markets, business entitlement, retail universe, competition and channel members, - Identify frontline sales and distribution market growth opportunities, execute and supervise strategies, plans and activities to meet market and financial objectives, - Identify and develop Retailers to meet objectives on product presence & replenishment, mind- share, relationship and reputation, - Establish, monitor and supervise sales, distribution, reporting and receivable policies, terms, conditions, systems, processes for sustainable, efficient & continuously improving outputs, - Identify, appoint, train and supervise frontline sales and distribution organisation and channels, - Design and establish sales, distribution and market information systems, - Plan and execute new product launches and promotional activities.
