RESPONSIBILITIES : - Ensure the successful long-term strategic development of the Company Home products brand, in line with the needs of our target audience, retail channel partners and the long and short-term growth objectives of the business. Working with the Marketing and Leadership teams to provide the vision and direction to maintain and grow Company's retail reach via E-Commerce. - Play a central role in steering Regional Key Account Management in coordination with respective E-Commerce management; with an aim to continuously improve share of visibility vs. competitors and to amplify the impact of product visibility on consumers. - Design and deploy e-tail campaigns to drive revenue AOP. - Driving both Primary, Secondary Sales &amp; Tertiary Sales. - Planning, Executing Various Product Interventions/events to increase sales - Digital Marketing: planning and execution of Marketing activities such as Brand Ads and other similar activities on other forums - Business Development: Getting new/ potential Ecommerce Portal on Board - Product/New Category Development in terms of visibility and sales on a portal - Content Syndication, Ensuring Proper articulation, communication on product Pages to increase conversions - Seamless implementation of pricing policies, lead management and e-tail partner management initiatives - Act as key liaison for channel escalations handling along with Sales Head to developing/negotiating channel terms and legal agreement. - Manage all commercial operations with accounts AR, inventory, reverse terms, taxation etc - Should be able to handle a high level of transactions and travel needs.
