- Taking care of vehicle loans (HCV, LCV, MUV, Car, Tractor) business all across Maharashtra.

- Management of Regional, Cluster Team & Branches assigned and further expansion at regular intervals.

- Achievement of business plan

- Regular review meetings with team below & above

- Team motivation for business growth

- Portfolio management in coordination Credit, OPS & Collection

- Strong check on the ED & NS cases

- Team Building

- Training and People Development

Required Candidate profile:

- An aggressive and versatile business professional having a proven track record.

- Good grasping over collections should be there.

- Must posses good leadership skills to drive the team.

- Must be tech savvy and also be willing to travel extensively.

- Detailed knowledge of vehicle loan / refinance industry.

- Strong network / relationship with dealers and resellers.

- Candidates from the NBFC / Banking sector shall only be considered for the said profile.

- Having a fair understanding from credit perspective.
