Job Description :

- Strong understanding and hands on exposure of the MSE / Business Loan / Mortgage loan.

- Forecasting & Budgeting of sales and effective deployment of target as per the budget.

- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets.

- Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets

- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals.

- Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.

- Effectively engage with Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across location.

- Market penetration and increase the business volume

- Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market.

- Organizing events, working on existing data base, driving teams to create direct distribution.

- Personnel from the same domain will be considered.

- An understanding from credit personnel will help in maintaining a quality portfolio
