Kogta Financial - National Sales Manager/National Business Manager - Refinance - Used/New Vehicle Finance

- Driving and achieving Organisational Targets through the sales teams at various levels.

- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes, keeping a close eye on the market and territory, Craft the sales approach to match buying behaviour, Be visible in the market.

- Implementing sales & development strategies - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets,devise and execute marketing plans as needed. Managing sales and promotional activities in cost effective manner - Analyze and organise effective promotional activities.

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.

- Identifying and exploiting business opportunities - Constantly thrive to explore potential markets and convert them as business opportunities for Sales team.

- Bringing in new customers while retaining existing ones - Source new business as well as manage current one by applying need based theory. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction for both new and old customer.

- Responsible for the quality of business portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.

- Someone having an hands on experience on Refinance, New Vehicle & Two Wheeler portfolio will have a cutitng edge.
