Kogta Financial - National Collection Manager/National Receivables Manager

- Devising and implementing suitable recovery and collection policy of the organization within the ambit of internal policy framework and market conditions by ensuring regulatory, quality and cost norms.

- Check the monthly list of defaulters and verify against dues collected to arrive at a final list.

- Handling the Collection of Company Portfolio ( majorly constituting of Vehicles and bit of SME Mortgages ).

- Allocate and divide responsibilities to respective downline( Field Collections Executives/TL/ Collection Manager ) based on factors such as bucket categories, localities, etc.

- Lead and manage the team.

- Liaise with the Legal team and ensure adherence to SOPs, Process Note Manual.

- Solving delinquent cases.

- Personal visit to default borrowers

- Knowledge of Legal sections like 138.

- Soft & hard collection skills (BFSI/NBFC domain).

- Strong Analytical skills of to keep vigilant eye though th enumbers.

- Understanding of field actual collection process & policy.

- Leading collection & recovery efforts/initiatives and guiding field teams in collection of dues/overdues.

- Develop reporting systems to manage, monitor and report activities related to collection, recovery, overdue portfolio and non performing portfolio.

- Handling escalations as per matrix.

- Imparting Training to relevant team/s wherever is required
