Job description:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The person would be responsible for the increase in loan books, revenue targets, yield targets & other business performance metrics for the assigned geography for all the MSME Lending products.
- Ensure the location is meeting the budgeted numbers for the product & attached fee-income at targeted performance metrics
- Manage service standards for the location and audit expected behavior.
- Ensure satisfactory ratings in all internal/ external audits conducted at the location.
- Maintain portfolio quality standard through filtering leads & continuous customer engagement post booking.
- Highlight early warning signals & support collections.
- Identifying new potential market and do proper market mapping.
- Manage a team of Business Managers / Relationship Managers and Relationship officers.
- Proper follow up towards the closure of the deal introduced in system.
- Should be competent of addressing customer & teams expectations / queries.
- Driving business volumes for selling secured, Business Loans and LAP in assigned markets.
- Drive and embed a strong performance culture through inspiring, motivating & rigorous performance management discipline.
- Develop & build talents within the network through optimal resourcing, capacity planning, succession planning &engagements.
- Achieve high employee engagement& satisfaction, retain talent & check attrition.
- Identify & complete training, development & coaching needs for the reportee's.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Should possess strong leadership skills and proven track record.
- Should be an energetic candidate with hunger for further growth and incentives.
- Should have a fair understanding of the product.
- Should have managed team in past.
- Should be well versed with the geography. Competition product knowledge would be an added advantage.
- One should be high on Integrity with no negative history.
