Kodehash - Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified meetings through cold outbound outreach such as LinkedIn messaging, phone calls, and cold emailing. You will focus on creating opportunities in Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, and Staff Augmentations. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives. Report to the Sales Manager on sales results and targets.

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Develop an understanding of customer needs and requirements. Requirements: Relevant years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry. Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales quotas. Familiarity with Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, and Staff Augmentation services. Experience in securing high-value client meetings in overseas markets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and MS Office.
