Responsibilities :
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to the team to enhance performance.
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant IT solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including creating proposals, presentations, and other collateral. Conduct product demonstrations and articulate technical features to potential clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Analyze market data to tailor pre-sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team and track performance against targets. Provide regular reports to senior management on pre-sales activities and results.
- Budget Management: Manage the pre-sales budget effectively to optimize resources and achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements :
- Degree in a relevant field. 3-4 years of experience in IT pre-sales, with a proven track record of team management.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
