Business Development Manager

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join us. The chosen candidate will spearhead business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT software market.


- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting meetings and providing presentations.


- Generate leads through various channels including outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.


- Participate in the development of sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.


- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.


- Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest technology developments.


- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's/PG degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


- 3-5 years of experience in business development in the IT software industry only


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Comfortable with making outbound calls and conducting sales presentations.


- Proficient in the use of CRM systems such as Zoho and other CRM sales-related tools.


- Must be willing to travel as needed.
