Job Profile: - Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. - Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding. - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. Desired candidate profile : - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. - Proven work experience in product management shall be preferred. - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Strong project management & program management skills. - Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. - Must possess bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA from reputed Business school shall be preferred. - Must be strong in written as well as verbal communication along with interpersonal skills.
