1) Drive new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience, and industry network in the enterprise space.
2) Manage and enhance existing client relationships.
3) Deliver large enterprise multi-year deals.
4) Drives the entire sales process; leads and assigns team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development, customer reviews, negotiations, and deal closure.
5) Build relationships with clients for expanded and new business opportunities through cross-selling & up-sell in the western region of India.
6) Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for new & existing business.
