Job Profile : - Responsible for handling entire HR Operations for the site. - Accountable for managing various stages of employee life cycle (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Job Posting, Payroll, Separation, F&amp;F). - Forecast talent requirements and oversee hiring. - Analyze compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans. - Employee Relations Management including employee engagement, grievance handling &amp; attrition management. - Vendor Management. - Audit &amp; Compliances adherence. Desired candidate profile : - Superior interpersonal, coaching, negotiation and consultative skills. - Business and HR acumen including anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem-solving and organizing logistics. - Experienced as HR Generalist in a domestic BPO Setup. - Must show good People Management skills. - Minimum experience of 4 years in HR Operations is required.
