Ltd.  Job Description:  - To handle the strategic Quality for the Organization.  - Responsible for formulating and deploying a framework on User Experience Testing and providing analytics for Telecom Operators, Mobile Applications and Device Manufacturers.  - Responsible for formulating Business Intelligence and Visual analytics solution for User Experience Testing, Call Center Performance Dashboard.   - Responsible for setting up an internal analytics team to cater to needs of the Organization.  - Instrumental in nurturing team members, conducting training programs on Basic Statistics, Data Analysis.  - Responsible for running improvement projects across processes and locations to moderate cost or enhance revenue.  Candidate Profile:  - Should have sound knowledge of Strategic Project & Analytical Skills  - Must be Black Belt certified, lean certification shall be an added advantage.  - Must have done multiple Black Belt projects.  - Should have in depth knowledge of quality tools  - Strong Analytical skills  - Good command over written and verbal English  - Experience/knowledge of BPO industry would be preferred  About KocharTech:  The flagship company of Kochar Group, KocharTech is one of the few organizations that offer a complete framework for monitoring and managing the Wireless Data User Experience.
