Job Role: - Heading Information Technology/Information Security function for the organization. - Introduction of new technologies and solutions within IT framework, IT Governance and Solution Alignment to long term Business Strategy, Cost effective IT designs to reduce running costs and enhance IT delivery. - Client Servicing, strategic planning &amp; transition management. - Ensuring IT Service delivery, infrastructure &amp; data centre management. - Ownership of strategic migrations &amp; compliances. - Responding to RFI/RFP's and enhancing sales and pre-sales activities. - Disaster recovery and crisis management Desired Candidate Profile: - 8-12 years experience in IT infrastructure management for medium to large organizations. - Should have strong technical background with clear focus on the upcoming technology. - Must carry prior experience in BPO industry. - In-depth knowledge of Desktop, Networks and voice infrastructure. - Knowledge on servers and security shall be required.
