Roles And Responsibilities

1) Working directly with Business Head.

2) Selflessly partnering to achieve his goals, advance his agendas, and leverage his time.

3) The role, in many instances, will be required to work without specific direction on a blank page. The role holder will be expected to script the intent, design the structure, and accept responsibility for the outcome.

4) Providing strategic support for Management Control and review of businesses.

5) Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

6)Updating projections, monitoring outcomes, and recommending suitable actions on a regular basis.

Candidate's Profile

1) Must be B Tech and MBA from Tier 1 College.

2) Experience: 0-2 years.

3) Should have remarkable capability to repeatedly reinvent himself, to hit the ground running, bounce back, and renew himself again and again.

4) Should be able to give his insights on the business front with clear logic. Should be a go getter and not - Do as directed- personality.

4) Must be strong in written as well as verbal communication along with interpersonal skills.

5) Should possess strong analytical skills.

6) Candidates with experience in business analysis/business planning/market research shall be preferred.

Salary range - 8-10 LPA
