Moving from classroom led learning to a digital classroom blended learning, immersive experience. The platform also enables the individual to assess and apply their capabilities on the platform. 3. Geo expansion - KH has presence in SG, Dubai, US. Deepen its expansion and presence in the international regions including Europe in the next 12 months 4. Business strategy - Expand customer acquisition strategy - move to a more B2B and B2I and B2G with new set of platform and curated courses 5. Establishing systems, processes and people capabilities to support its global presence. KH is hiring for a Chief Product Officer role based in Bangalore/Hyderabad. The role reports to the CEO of KH. An ideal candidate will have a very strong background in technical product management. We expect that the individual has built product(s) and managed the lifecycle(s) at a global scale. The CPO will lead the function with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market. The CPO will be a primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. This position requires exceptional collaboration closely work with the engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments. The incumbent must possess highly analytical abilities, to work quite effectively in a matrix environment. The position also requires that the occupier be adept at synthesizing various technologies and capabilities into KH's products in such a way that the consumers will love. Position Scope : Leadership - Oversight and Manage the Product function globally. The team of product managers - Assessments, Platforms, Content. The CPO constantly ensures that the functions of these positions are properly and effectively being executed. Innovation: The CPO has accountability for overseeing the innovation and improvement of the KH's product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers- needs. Own and lead efforts to change/ modify the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business. Identify opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/priorities. Collaboration: Given the cross-functional nature of this role, the incumbent possesses a high level of collaboration with different departments and different levels, partners up with other departmental leaders in order to align and execute product strategies and ensure that each department receives the right level of support due from its colleagues. Product/Market Evaluation: Spearhead investigation and analyses on the product and the product market. Identify market opportunities for initial validation. Influence the business's product strategy and market growth. Problem Resolution: CPO will lead identification of product/department related issues in the strategies developed by the team. Apart from identification, it is his responsibility to resolve these strategic issues, which potentially impair the whole department's ability to meet the product's financial, strategic, and technical goals. Required Qualifications Education: A suitable candidate will have a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
