Job responsibilities:

- Consult with senior leaders in the organization to identify leadership and key stakeholders requirements regarding development and knowledge management. Work as an individual contributor to forecast short-term and long-term training needs for organization. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in all areas of development and knowledge management.

- Lead the development of employee development and career enhancement strategy for India organization. Design and implement a user-friendly organizational knowledge management strategy that encompasses the innovative application of emerging technologies

- Lead change management efforts required in order to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes/programs across the organization. Defines quality standards and sign-off process which are a prerequisite for publishing information in the relevant tools. Monitor the effectiveness, acceptance and business impact of development and knowledge management tools/programs
