Knowledge Management Trainer

Based in Gurgaon, and working as part of the global Knowledge Awareness & Learning team, this post will deliver knowledge and research training and Help Desk support to the India region, covering both the India business and the Global Talent Hub (GTH) in India.

- A background in research where you have used information and research databases, or a background in knowledge management, together with experience of creating and delivering end user training is ideal for this role.

- An understanding of learning and development methodologies and message and channel management would also be desirable.

Essential Functions of the Job:

- Lead the development and delivery of knowledge training, and raise awareness of knowledge resources, to practitioners in India and GTH, by creating appropriate materials as well as taking global materials and adapting them for local use

- Implement and follow a Regional Action Plan, aligning it with plans across the global Knowledge Awareness & Learning team

- Build relationships with local stakeholders to create opportunities to deliver knowledge training
Provide Help Desk support and coaching to practitioners who need guidance on what knowledge resources to use and how to use them

- Build and maintain productive, collaborative relationships within the global knowledge organization, service line leaders, vendors and Procurement to understand business drivers, design and deliver programs of mutual benefit to customers, and to leverage, learn and minimize redundancies

- Accountable for managing, collaborating, influencing and achieving results across countries and time zones, and with diverse teams and working styles

- Determines what change management techniques are most appropriate for the customer and outcome desired

- Strong experience in creating learning and development programs using innovative solutions

- Demonstrates ability to interface with key stakeholders

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, negotiating and listening skills
