Knowledge Management Specialist - HR Consulting Firm

This Opportunity is with one of the leading HR Consulting Firms based in Bangalore:

The candidate in this role is responsible for creating, curating and maintaining a repository of content for Learning Labs for client leadership journeys, both in-classroom and tech enabled (elearning/mlearning). He/ she will work on creating new formal tech enabled content (with the vendor), add to existing resources of informal content, and enhance classroom content. He/ she will provide support to project teams for making best use of the library of learning repository. The incumbent is expected to undertake various tasks associated with this.

Responsibility Areas

- Will own the content repository.

- Provide support to project teams in deliveries and leverage on cross project learnings.

- Contribute in constant upgradation of content.

- Provide support in project deliveries for L&A.

- Be the custodian of learning content created/curated.
