General Description : - Central KM resource - Client Support - Work with Head KM and Partners to develop products to enhance image, performance, efficiency and profitability of the Firm. Specific Description - Working with Head KM and Partners to conceptualise and develop various client facing products to show case CLIENT as a thought leader and a firm that understands the challenges of our clients. - Working on client updates and newsletters with the teams to demonstrate CLIENT as a subject expert. - Developing off the shelf Primers to show case CLIENT as a forerunner in research. - Working with Head KM on developing a clear and focused roadmap for training across various levels. Coordinating with various external agencies to get proposals and finalise on a suitable programme. - Assisting teams on research and content development for external publications/contributions. - Research on different topics across practices and sectors and ability to summarise the research and discuss the legal issue with Partners. REQUIREMENTS : Essential - Qualification &amp; Minimum experience: LLB with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. - Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to track, identify, study and analyze key legal developments, issues and legislations and new points of law across practices. - Drafting Skills: Proficient in drafting, updating, editing and managing documents. Keen eye for detail. - Communication Skills:&nbsp; (a) Effective writing and editing skills to develop high quality written material for external and internal use.&nbsp; (b) Ability to effectively communicate verbally with Partners or at internal forums on material researched.&nbsp; (c) Ability to speak with stakeholders within the business to understand and determine requirements and translate these into results. - Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point. - Management Skills: Coordinating and implementing various forums and platforms for knowledge dissemination externally and internally. Good time management skills and strong organisational abilities. - Leadership Skills: Ability to take ownership of a project - run the project with minimal supervision and achieve the specified goals and objectives. Desired - Previously worked in a law firm and therefore understands how a law firm works.
