Purpose - Help Organization / BU / Accounts / Projects deliver excellence by effective leverage of knowledge and best practices
Help Projects reduce cost, improve quality and productivity through adoption of KM systems and practices
Job Responsibilities -
- Benchmarking: Continuously scan the business and technology environment to identify ideas and opportunities for improving KM Maturity (in terms of Platform, Tools, and Processes) within the organization
- Internal Consulting : Analyze business processes and scenarios within Business Units or Practices to understand KM needs and design / implement suitable KM solution (in terms of framework/approach, systems, processes and culture)
- Requirements Gathering: Apply tools like Design Thinking to interact with users and gather business needs and detail out requirements
- Design, Development and Implementation: Work with the technical team to architect, develop and implement solutions
- Training: Provide training and demo to Users on KM processes, platform and features
- Reporting: Develop reports and presentations for leadership
- External Consulting: Conduct mindshare workshops on KM for customers; envision solution for customers based on business challenges; provide KM inputs for business proposals
Skills required - Sound understanding of IT consulting / services processes
- Knowledge in the broad areas of quality, business excellence, knowledge management, and innovation
- Ability to understand industry domains (banking, insurance, etc.), service lines (application development, support, testing, etc.), and technologies (digital, automation) and develop customized KM solutions
- General Knowledge of Product Management / Product life cycle management
- Knowledge of basic Data Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / teams and achieve results in a collaborative manner
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Ability to quickly learn new things
Domain Knowledge Should have basic understanding of the IT / Consulting process and SDLC
Knowledge of KM, Innovation, Quality, Change Management, Organizational Behaviour - desirable
Academic Credentials B.E. / B.Tech (engineering degree preferred), Post Graduation (M.B.A / MTech) is desirable.
Work Experience Minimum of 12+ years with relevant experience in IT industry; experience in Knowledge Management, Business Excellence, or Innovation desirable
