One of the leading management consulting firms is looking for "Knowledge Expert- Customer Analytics" with 9-14 years of experience for their Bangalore location.

- Looking for candidate with advance Analytics experience in Marketing domain (CRM and ME) wherein the person will work on projects like segmentation, CRM, cross sell, up sell, churn model, MROI, promotion effectiveness. One will be involved in developing predictive models using various statistical tools and techniques like SAS, R, regression, correlation,segmentation, CHAID, cluster analysis, etc.

- In addition to this the candidate must have team management, global stakeholder management, business development experience along with strong communication skills

- Strong hands on experience in advance/predictive analytics in marketing domain covering projects like segmentation, CRM, cross sell, up sell, churn model, MROI, promotion effectiveness etc
