Roles & Responsibilities: - Create the knowledge graph for specific product categories, which shall be assigned to you based on your areas of interest and subject matter understanding - Map the concepts marked in the knowledge graph to the corresponding fields in external data sources - Train our conversational AI engine to understand different types of user queries and variations, by mapping them to appropriate intents - Provide articulate sample responses to different types of queries, to improve the engagement and conversions of users interacting with the AI assistant - Write deep and engaging content in relation to key concepts within the knowledge graph Candidate Qualifications: - 2+ years in knowledge research and content writing for specific e-commerce categories - Strong ability to envisage any product category as a logical framework of concepts - Expertise in writing long form and short form content in an articulate manner - Experience in working as a part of a team comprising of UX/UI designers, software engineers, graphic designers and content writers
