The candidate should demonstrate creativity in thinking, willingness to challenge assumptions, and comfort with ambiguity. - The Corporate Finance &amp; Strategy Practice Area (CFS PA) Knowledge Analyst will interact with both local and international teams and use an extensive collection of internal and external information resources and tools/methodologies to gather, filter, analyze, synthesize, package and deliver information to case teams. He/she should be experienced in using a range of tools (Megatrends, Foresight, Scenarios, Ideation, and more) to help clients think more expansively about the future and develop more resilient strategies. - This professional will participate in and manage CFS PA projects under the guidance of senior CFS PA KT members, Partners, Consultants and topic experts. He/she will work with a broad range of experts both outside and inside at all levels of the organization. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS) - 2+ years of relevant work experience in a strategic/analytical role (e.g. business analyst) or corporate strategy role (especially around Megatrends/Foresight/ Scenarios/ Ideation) - University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement - Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative, team player, able to communicate with all levels of seniority - Demonstrated analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail - Service-oriented and proactive - Autonomous, tolerant to ambiguity, self-motivated - Excellent written and oral English communication skills - Expert knowledge in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel - Experience and ability to leverage digital tools and manipulate large datasets is an asset - Experience in direct interaction with clients preferred e.g., in workshop settings and facilitation skills - Creativity in thinking, willingness to challenge assumptions, getting to output - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple parallel tasks independently, with limited guidance - Able to work across broad range of sub-topics such as Megatrends/Foresight/ Scenarios/ Ideation - Experience with Strategy related sources preferred - Occasional travel YOU'LL WORK WITH:&nbsp; Consulting teams - Support consulting teams by identifying and addressing knowledge needs - Execute and coordinate complex research and analysis requests across regions and CFS PA with a focus on Uncertainty Advantage and Ideation &amp; Creativity - Establish credibility with case teams regarding CFS PA in general, and Uncertainty Advantage and Ideation &amp; Creativity in particular; take positions/draw conclusions on a range of external and internal issues; full case team integration can be possible - Assist others in navigating the Knowledge network by connecting them with materials and people - Provide analytical services e.g., trend analysis, market forecasts, macroeconomic analysis, scenario development and exploration support, benchmarking, research and analysis on relevant industries or companies - Provide sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results e.g., Excel data manipulation, client-ready PowerPoint slides - Help topic leaders to prepare client workshops e.g., Megatrends, Foresight, Scenarios, Ideation etc.; direct client interaction can be possible - Support the partners and principals and other staff on proposals, lead preparation of other marketing activities - Assist consulting staff in selecting the right research approaches, tools and analyses; provide training and ongoing support in their use - Conduct information research in professional information sources/databases not directly accessible to end users Topic teams :&nbsp; - Develop specialized topic knowledge, particularly in the area of Uncertainty Advantage and Ideation &amp; Creativity (including feeding back of knowledge derived from case teams to the PA, e.g. case debriefing, help with content of intranet decks, info from interviews) - Collaborate on CFS PA intellectual capital development, such as Tier Is - Support content development around the topics for CFS PA meetings, intranet, publications and other uses - Maintain proprietary CFS PA-specific tools - Author training materials in topic area - Assist in the maintenance of the knowledge infrastructure related to Uncertainty Advantage and Ideation &amp; Creativity topics; may also support knowledge infrastructure for other CFS topics as needed - Promote innovation at CFS by recognizing new concepts and facilitating their institutionalization - Support the local office and global knowledge team (e.g. provide training in CFS PA content and proprietary tools)
