Knowledge Analyst/Senior Knowledge Analyst - Service Operations Domain

You will work with Service Operations practice and consulting teams to help clients solve complex problems.

You will also do analytical work outside of the Service Operations domain for clientele, which will include the usage of operations research and statistical techniques for data analysis.

You will occasionally serve as a full-time member on a client service team, supporting the development and maintenance of proprietary analytical tools and databases. You will drive various knowledge development projects that will support the creation of LOPs.

You will proactively create reusable knowledge products that capture the insights gained from engagements and changes in the business environment. You will need to travel frequently to serve clients onsite globally.

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Master's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

- 1-3 years of experience working with a specialized analytics firm and/or service organization

- Knowledge of Operations/Service Operations domain on topics like customer care, workforce management and field operations

- Very good programming skills in Excel and VBA

- Database handling techniques

- Good working knowledge of tools like Alteryx and Tableau

- Statistical techniques like Design of Experiments, Correlation and regression analysis, t-test

- Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and with people at all levels in an effective manner

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
