Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated candidates who enjoy working with customers and cutting edge technologies to join our growing Enterprise Technology Solutions Group. In our Enterprise Technology Solutions Group, you will act as a key resource for the Enterprise Solution program, to help our customers on large scale enterprise programs, projects delivery with implementable solutions. You will work with both business and technology representatives to develop an overall solution for the program, which will see you understanding requirements from customers and planning to deliver the quality solution on time.

Role and Responsibilities

- Provide direction, leadership and guidance to design, integrate and describe solution that support customer initiatives

- Develop solutions by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

- Provide strong leadership in the team and make sure to quality and timely delivery

Overall 4 + years

Strong experience in Account Management/Support.

Should be able to handle and satisfy our existing prestigious clients.

Hands on as Project Management skills

Should be able to provide best solution and on time delivery to customers.

Candidate must be with a Customer centric mindset and to work in a 24- 7 environment

Ability to analyze and plan various project options based on time, budget and technology elements and arrives at key plans

- Inform and educate various stakeholders on the program on technology trends, and the effective use of business, information, security, application and technology.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, and considerable years of solutioning experience working on large-scale information technology projects, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills.
