Some of its features include  Location : Gurgaon  Qualification : MBA  Experience : 5 years +   Key Responsibility :   - Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.  - Supervise technical training for New joinee and Existing Employee  - Create brochures and training materials.  - Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.  - Create testing and evaluation processes.  - Prepare and implement training budget.  - Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.  - Conduct performance evaluations.  - Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.  - Provide performance feedback.  - Build solid cross-functional relationships.  - Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.  - Assist with the development of strategic plans  Requirements :  - Proven working experience as a training manager.  - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs  - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)  - Excellent communication and leadership skills  - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively  - Strong report writing and record keeping ability  - Good computer and database skills
