JOB DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
- Demand Gen/Sell Online/Route to the Feild Reps/Chase closures/Achieve the set Targets
- Experienced in mining of enterprise database as per the allocated geographical locations [Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls/emails]
- Pre-sales activities like planning & preparation (research on the client's business) before making phone calls/presentation & online demo to the client (RPC) [Qualify the Lead & Authority]
- Induce or create interest / discover needs for the products, probing of relevant buisness fact, qualify prospects and schedule appts & closure of sales over the phone & Field Reps [Need assessment, Proving Value, Route qualified opportunities to the mapped field reps for further develeopment & closure]
- Chase / Follow up clients and FOS/CP for their expected closures.
- Give online demos to the clients
- Maintain an updated DB Universe @ any given point of time
- Build healthy business relations with CP
FOS - Midmarket / Channel, FOS Managers, Channel Partners, Internal Depts - CE / Xsell / Support etc

- Min 2 year exp in Inside Sales & Demand Generation
- Strong phone presence, experienced in making Tele presentations & art of negotiations & closing sales over the phone. Experience with handling technical products & enterprise b2b customers.
- Strong communication skills
- Word, Excel, Power-point, Google drive
- Positive attitude & disciplined
- Self-driven, Result oriented & Candidates with an appetite to learn & succeed.
