Roles and Responsibilities :
- We are looking for sales professionals for our mid-market team. You are expected to hunt mid-market accounts (employee count of 200 to 2000) in an assigned territory while doing cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned targets.
- Acquire new customers on a frequent basis across a defined geography/customer segment
- Establish & maintain a relationship with decision-makers (CXOs, HODs) to grow the company's presence in the mid-market space by bringing new clients
- Identifying client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
- Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals
- Report sales activity on CRM on customer interactions for visibility
- Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client
Desired Profile:
- Proven sales experience minimum 4 years in selling tech-based products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
- BA/BSc degree, Business Administration or relevant field
