Job Description - Senior Facilitator

KNOLSKAPE is looking for energetic and experienced leadership development facilitators. This is full-time role which will involve facilitating simulation based experiential learning programs for KNOLSKAPE's clients.

Job Responsibilities: :

- Facilitating learning programs as and when planned, to lead in-classroom as well as virtual sessions

- Proficient in learning methodologies, curriculum development and behavioural skills with a sound knowledge of learning concepts, methodologies and various frameworks

- Creating or contributing to content in collaboration with KNOLSKAPE's Learning Solutions team

- Travel to the client's location to facilitate sessions

- Upgrading existing knowledge and skills as per the need of KNOLSKAPE's clients and their learner.

Must-have Skills:

- 8-12 years of experience as a Facilitator/Coach at the corporate level

- Experience in facilitating across management levels and Industries

- Good Communication skills, experience in managing and leading participants, active listening skills and effective questioning technique

- Proficient in the use of technology and learning platforms

- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities

- Maintain high energy, enthusiastic, motivational style

Desired Skills :

- Experience facilitating leadership/business/digital topics

- Exposure to new age models of learning

- Business experience prior to facilitation is preferred
