Principal - Client Partner  KNOLSKAPE is looking to hire a Principal- Client Partner  Purpose of the role :   - To actively seek and successfully win new business through effective networking at a senior level   - To seek and win - big ticket- contracts of notable complexity and scope   - To provide a highly professional key account service to existing clients by providing specialist advice about gamification and learning solutions   - To provide effective recommendations on the correct and most appropriate solution to meet the client need   - To create revenues aligned with the business growth and targets set   Roles and responsibilities :   Relationship Management :  - Drive client strategy and become the primary contact for your key clients   - Provide qualified advice and assist with overall client support   - Drive business growth through existing clients   - Oversee roll out of big projects with support of project manager and delivery consultants   - Ensure that the KNOSLKAPE offering is aligned to the needs and strategy of the client   - Network at a senior level within the client organization   - Work with internal teams to deliver solutions for clients   Business Development :  - Achieve an annual revenue target   - Win - big ticket- deals and build effective relationships with senior HR contacts   - Identify cross and up-selling opportunities with the client   - Propose new solutions to new clients   - Be an effective account manager and new business development seeker   - Respond to tender requests to a high standard   Administration :  - Ensure timely invoicing and ensure timely monthly expense submissions   - Manage opportunities for clear forecasting   Product and Proposition Contribution :  - Liaise with our marketing team regarding product campaigns and marketing collateral   - Contribute to proposition development   Desired Skills :   - Previous exposure to and knowledge of learning products/tools is extremely advantageous   - Proven track record of account management or customer consulting experience at a senior level within the HR field   - Strong communication skills and customer focus   - Considerable experience of selling high value assessment solutions   - Demonstrable track record of sales success of large assessment contracts   - Strong knowledge of market competitors   Duration: Full-time  Location: Mumbai  About KNOLSKAPE :   KNOLSKAPE is an award winning immersive gamification and simulation software company focusing on talent transformation.
