We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Leader to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.

The Inside Sales Global Manager will monitor the sales metrics and develop an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales. They will collaborate with various professionals internally and externally, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the team to achieve specific targets.

Ultimately, you should be able to build a high-performance team, train them, prepare regular sales forecasts, and ensure that inside sales representatives complete a set number of tasks per day.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.

- Set and track sales targets for your team.

- Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions.

- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.

- Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.

- Strategise, and run periodic email campaigns.

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.

- Build an open-communication environment for your team.

- Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations.

- Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals.

- Lead pitch development process.

- Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of a given quota.

- Should be able to utilize market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field. Masters in the same will be added advantage

- Minimum of 8 years of inside sales experience in a software product company, preferably with a focus on international markets

- Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Hubspot experience can be advantageous).

- Excellent leadership skills along with sound organizational skills

- Diligence, patience and perseverance

- Relationship building and networking

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Team of: 7-8 ISRs
