Please find a brief job description below: 1. Strong accounting (Indian GAAP) knowledge, both academic and practical experience 2. Experience in subsidiary consolidation is mandatory 3. Should be detail oriented, diligent and hardworking and can manage a technical team of 2-3 qualified professionals 4. Would be responsible for review and closing of books with high quality standards on monthly basis 5. Preparation of financial statements under IndAS, variance analysis, and preparation of notes to accounts 6. Working closely with management and internal/statutory auditors 7. Post qualification work experience should be 5 to 6 years, of which relevant experience of 2 years is a must
