Manager/Senior Manager - LAS/Promoter Funding/NBFC

Looking to induct aggressive, self-motivated Professionals for the Role of Manager/ Sr Manager/ AVP having 4 to 6 years of experience in Mumbai / Ahmedabad / South India working with NBFC (Capital Market-oriented)/ Private Sector Banks / Wealth Management Team / Stock Broking Outfit. Overall, Job Responsibilities include Deal Origination, End to end handling of the transaction, and building the Revenue Pot of the Firm. The incumbent should have an eye for Detail, Relationships with Relevant players in the sector & Sectoral Knowledge.

Product Line includes:

1. Loan Against Shares.

2. Promoter Funding.

3. Mid and Small Cap funding. (Unapproved One)

Responsibilities:

- Develop the LAS (Loan Against Securities)/Promoter Funding product with a specific client base

- Identifying, Lead Generation, Onboarding Distributor's and Share broking partnerships for clients at an aggregate level.

- Understand client needs, introduce the product offering, convince clients to adopt it, and increase client satisfaction.

- Develop and nurture distributor networks and increase product acceptability resulting in the growth of Loan book.

Desired Abilities:

- 4 - 10 years of experience

- Distribution Networks in Financial Services Like Loans, Broking, Mutual Funds

- Experience in a client-facing role.

- Self-Motivated, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Advanced problem-solving skills.

- Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market.

Education - Bachelor/University degree or equivalent experience

Location - Mumbai /Ahmedabad /South India-Hyderabad or Chennai
