The job profile in brief is as follows: 

Support call centre: 

- Create training material for call centre team

- Responsible for driving First Call Resolution (FCR) within the specified AHT (Average Hold Time).

- Support call centre in conversion

- Monitor Upselling, cross selling

- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets.

- To conduct weekly review with the contact centre.

Competition knowledge: 

- In-depth knowledge for all products

- Keep themselves updated on new products

- Keeping track of new and upcoming products in the market and competition

- To assist members of the team by updating knowledge and bridge process gap.

- To ensure team adheres to quality guidelines.
