At Klub, you can choose to work on building a new-age investment marketplace or go deep dive into tech-enabled risk assessment or build a robust tech-ops platform to enable seamless financing We have a solid team + investors. Our founders are Anurakt Jain (12 yrs exp, VC at DFJ and Vertex, corporate intrapreneur at InMobi; IIT-D, Wharton, CFA) and Ishita Verma (10 yrs exp in i-banking/investing at Kotak, Unitus Capital, Snyder UAE; LSR, IIM-B). Responsibilities: - Own UI design end-to-end for Klub's current web app - Define product design philosophy for Klub's UI across products - Create well-informed design guidelines - Assist in executing major customer-facing features - Transform complex, broad ideas into clean and intuitive mockups and prototypes. - Instill market-leading design concepts across the product life-cycle including research, sketches, wireframe, and visual design Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a comparable role in UX/UI Design - Experience working with product teams in delivering simple and elegant design interfaces from concept development to prototyping, and productization within an Agile, quick-paced environment - Expertise in digital design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Invision, etc) and well-versed with design systems, pattern libraries, and design methodologies - Obsessed with user experience design, always analyzing why successful products are designed the way they are!
