About the role : Our growth team is responsible for increasing Klub's reach across the consumer brands/D2C brands ecosystem in India and liaising with brands that are seeking revenue-based financing. In this role, you will help implement growth strategies that expand our brand network and collaborate with our risk and operations teams to close the investments in the brand.&nbsp; The role provides an opportunity to work closely with marquee D2C brands and their founders and help Klub invest in them through revenue-based financing. You will work closely with our brand-facing team members in this role. The opportunity is based out of Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities : Business development : - Strategize top of the funnel expansion and identify key channels for sourcing brands - Generate new brand leads, identify and contact founders and build a solid top of the funnel for Klub's RBF - Explain RBF and Klub products to the brands - Act as a liaison between the brands and the internal teams to complete the investments Improve brands experience : - Ideate on tech-product improvements to automate the funding application process for brands - Implement initiatives to improve TAT for brands - Own all the metrics that improve the brand's experience with Klub Requirements : Mandatory : - 2-4 years of experience in roles that required liaising with consumer brands (previous experience at marketplaces, consumer-focused accelerators/funds, partnerships backgrounds, or experience of investing/financing consumer brands) - Understanding of financials as they pertain to early-stage startups and related terminologies - Excellent verbal and written English skills Preferred : - Experience in investing or advising or selling to D2C brands/ecosystem What's on offer : - A fast-paced, exciting workplace with a cool vision - Learning Budgets : We love to support our employees- efforts to learn, grow, and improve - Competitive compensation and healthcare - Health insurance - Being a top 20 team member in a high growth startup, with room to scale exponentially as we grow - Equity stock options - Paid casual off/marriage leaves
