Manager Operations - MBA Premiere only (IIM/XLRI/SPJIMS/NMIMS) 10-12 LPA

KlinicApp is a fast growing e-diagnostic brand, providing at home services of diagnostic tests.

We are looking for MBA freshers (from premium institutes) to join us in our operations scale up story.

Roles and responsibility :

1. Closely work with operations team to provide post sales support

2. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders in service delivery like customers, labs and phlebos to keep the process friction free with shortest TAT

3. Improving customer satisfaction rating and managing customer relations

4. Should be a quick learner to understand the diagnostic and healthcare industry and set up processes to deliver service.

5. Should be process oriented and critical thinker to work in high degree of randomness with least supervision.

Salary: 8 LPA - 10 LPA + 2 LPA yearly performance linked bonus.
