- The Zonal Training Manager (ZTM) is responsible for the planning and smooth functioning of all Centre related training and development program in the region. He/she is in-charge of designing, implementing and ensuring follow ups with Founding Years Guidelines on support and service delivery in all Centres of the zone.
- This person acts as the first point of contact for any demands, needs at the Centre level related to training and development.
- Through mechanisms of TNA (Training need assessments), review and staff interaction, he/she sets goals and makes recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- He/She is responsible for finding the key areas for training requirements, designing content with the assistance of Institute of Early Child Education and Development (IECED) and implementation of various modules.
- Additionally, ZTM is accountable for the quality service delivery in the region and would assist in operational interactions as required.
- Experience in training in early childhood industry preferred for this role.
