- Under broad direction, acts as a HR Partner (HRBP) to KLAY's business leadership for NCR region managing HR programs.
- Leads the implementation and maintenance of high-level HR programs for the region.
- Responsible for the management and direction of multiple projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams (inter departmental & intra-HR).
- Identifies and analyzes abstractly defined people problems and generates insightful and practical people solutions.
- Available to handle people crisis with high mobility.
- Works with HR sub functions to deliver overall positive employee experience in NCR region.
- Will be the point of contact for region's employee relations, support and counselling.
- Will operate in matrix reporting with Regional Business Head-NCR & CHRO.
