Under strategic direction, she/he manages the B2B sales and NEW BUSINESS development function of "Day-care and Schooling programmes" offered under KLAY brand for PAN - India business operations of FYLS. Designs and Implements annual B2B SALES budget, annual and monthly plan, policies and action programs.
- Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of "NEW Business development team" within the organization.
- Provides team leadership and sets "vision, direction and operational excellence" for the team.
- Builds SALES pipeline on quarterly and monthly basis and drives the team for achievement. Builds strong network with HR-Heads of the client side.
- Accountable for "revenue achievement" and "new customer acquisition". Support collections when required from existing customers.
- Responsible for NEW customer experience management, Sales process and cost management, Annual budget planning, "team management, coaching and development".
- Receives guidance and support from the support functions and CORE Leadership team.
- Collaborates with the regional business teams to ensure that the NEW customer objectives for the different Lines of Business are met.
- Proactively provides insights (short-term & long-term) into market intelligence, competition status, new customer acquisition strategies, B2B marketing for KLAY.
Education / Work Experience :: Any graduation + MBA.
- Total experience of 15+ years in B2B sales function. Must have worked for a minimum of 3+ years in leading the function for PAN-India operations.
- Preferably from child day-care industry or any other service industry with a strong focus on B2B segment. Should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of 'dispersed business network'. Brings with her/him "SALES mind set; Self driven personality & team player; high personal Quality, high energy, Value & Ethics".
Critical Personal Skills :
Excellent leadership and people management skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to drive self & team in ambiguous situations; Ability to represent FYLS to external Forums, industry groups etc.
