SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS :&nbsp; Reports to: Business Finance Head, Role requires direct interaction with CFO, Business Leaders Supervises: Individual contributor role ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; Business partnering :&nbsp; - Preparation of various reports, analytics to complement decision making on a monthly basis within stipulated time and as &amp; when required by the management - Business wise reporting, variance analysis with detailing and meetings with various stakeholders within the organization. - Coordinate BU, Function review to track actions to implementation - Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) analysis - Work on process and system for automation, efficiency improvement - Monitor Unit economics - Programme costing and pricing Budgets, Presentation and dashboards - Preparation of annual, 3 year operating detailed plan - Timely updating and release of Corporate Presentations, which includes: - Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly performance review presentation - Create functional dashboards - Other presentations for the Board Other Activities includes - Preparation of Various financial and other report related to annual report like Risk management report and ratio analysis. - Preparation of Quarterly reports, data sheet and other financial sheets. SYSTEMS: - Advanced expertise of MS excel - Advanced knowledge of MS Power Point - Working knowledge of SAP / any other ERP preferred - Driving various automations in SAP INTERPERSONAL SKILLS - Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to people at all levels. - Anticipates the needs of others and adapts own behaviour to build stronger relationships - Well organized, self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects - Strong team player.
