Job Description : With business vision and strategy, she/he provides leadership to the marketing function of the enterprise "FYLS-Founding Years Learning Solutions (KLAY)". The CMO sets the vision, direction and implements marketing plan, policies and programs. The individual will have complete functional responsibilities, which involves effective strategizing, action planning and implementation guidance of existing and new programs in accordance with enterprise growth and business plans. - Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of "Marketing & Design team" within KLAY. - Provides team leadership and sets "vision, direction and thought leadership" for the "marketing and design" team. - Accountable for the effective functioning of Marketing Communication, Brand, Digital marketing, ATL, BTL, PR, and design. - Responsible for strategizing B2C market penetration, maximizing marketing cost and management, Annual budget planning, customer experience. Owns all customer touchpoints reflecting the brand. - Receives guidance and support from the support functions and CORE Leadership team. - Collaborates with the business teams to ensure that the marketing objectives for the different Lines of Business are met. Leads the new product/service launch. - Leads the implementation of "brand and customer experience" standards and brand positioning with the right market segment. - Proactively provides insights (short-term & long-term) in customer experience management within KLAY. Education & Work experience : - Any graduation + MBA (marketing). Total experience of 20+ years in MARKETING function. Must have worked for a minimum of 5+ years in leading the function for PAN-India operations and reporting to the CEO. - Preferably from service industry or any other RETAIL (medium format) industry. Should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of 'dispersed business network' and young parent needs as TG. Brings with her/him "Service & Solution mind set; Self driven personality & team player; high personal Quality, Value & Ethics". Critical Personal Skills : - Excellent leadership and people management skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to drive self & team in ambiguous situations - Ability to represent FYLS to external Forums, industry groups etc.
