About the role:

The role requirement is to oversee and ensure the financial wellbeing of the Company by collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Oversee the finance & accounting functions and will report to the Head of Finance.

- Finalization of accounts and preparing P&L and Balance Sheet.

- Operation accounting for PMS, Broking, Distribution, AIF business and NBFC function.

- Responsible for Statutory Audit for all the business.

- Responsible for Direct Tax Compliance including Tax Audit, Income Tax return, TP audit, Indirect Tax Compliance.

- Responsible for tracking all the exchange margin.

- Responsible for Budget Preparation, Variance analysis and other business MIS.

- Verification of monthly accounts & ledger scrutiny to ensure that the process followed is error free. (Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Accounts, Liability, Fixed Assets Accounts etc.).

- Accrual / AMC Provision and Prepaid expense working and reversal.

- Inter-company Reconciliation.

- Creating dashboards and MIS Reports - must be well versed with accounting practices and standards.

- Liaise with auditors & consultants and take ownership for audit & due diligence closures.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- Chartered Accountant with at least 5years- experience in Finance and Accounting function; preferably from BFSI sector.

- Self-driven, motivated & strong attention to detail.

- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.

- Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex analytical problems.
