Kishori Capital - Partnerships Colending Role

1. Partner with various Banks/NBFCs/Lenders for Co-Lending activities

2. Prepare material and other details for forwarding to banks/NBFCs

3 Hold periodic review on partnership terms and bring more business from existing lenders and add new ones

4 Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs. Reach out to different lending partners for co-lending opportunities to achieve organization's strategic objectives.

5 Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership. Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updations as required

6 Responsible for day to day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.

7 Effectively managing stake holder discussions and a regular connect to drive the initiatives smoothly and create positive synergies

8 Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product

9 Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.
