The founders include graduates from IIM Indore. <br><br>We are passionate about solving the most pressing problems that plague the Agricultural ecosystem in India today. We are looking for an equally passionate individual who is ready to put in long hours, travel as required and help come up with new ideas to solve problems that we face on a daily basis. <br><br>Roles and Responsibilities:<div><p><br></p>1) Create and manage strategy for Procurement, Logistics and efficient demand prediction</div><div><p><br></p>2) Recruit and train new team members to carry out strategy</div><div><p><br></p>3) Develop efficient mechanism for sorting and grading products to reduce losses</div><div><p><br></p>4) Develop long term supplier relationships through incentive programs<br><br>Basic requirements</div><div><p><br></p>1) Post-graduate in Supply Chain Management / Food technology / Agricultural Science</div><div><p><br></p>2) Previous work experience should involve managing the supply chain and logistics of perishable products</div><div><p><br></p>3) Entrepreneurial zeal</div><div><p><br></p>4) IT knowledge is preferred, but not necessary<br><br>If that sounds like you please apply.
