About us: - KiranaKart Technologies Private Limited (www.kiranakart.app) is a fast-growing instant grocery delivery company currently operating in Mumbai. - The company's platform facilitates the sale of a wide assortment of groceries, fruits, vegetables, pharmacy, beer and wine, enabling consumers to purchase essentials in a convenient and hassle less manner. Initially, customers ordered from our platform and we delivered groceries from local stores near them in 45 minutes or less (using our network of technology-enabled delivery drivers - similar to Zomato or Swiggy). Eventually, our team realized that we could do much faster deliveries with better unit economics if we built dark (only delivery) stores and owned the inventory ourselves.&nbsp; - After quickly validating the potential of this new model in India, we raised USD 9 Million (INR 63 Crores) from some of the best investors in India and Silicon Valley, including firms like Nexus Venture Partners and Y Combinator, and the Founders of WhatsApp and Uber! This recent fundraise hasn't been publicly announced as of today. The Founders of the Company are from Stanford University who came back from California to build this business in Mumbai. We've also built a team of leading startup executives across the country, including senior managers from Flipkart, Uber etc. With the $9M in funding, our company has plans to grow quickly in Mumbai and expand to Pune &amp; Bangalore soon after that. Our first outlet is live in Bandra and we have already started fit-out work in outlets at Powai, Marol, Parel and Lower Parel, and are in various stages of finalising our warehouses in Goregaon (W), Chembur &amp; Thane. We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager for our Launch team. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Defining and communicating the vision and how this aligns to business strategy. - Understanding the business case and refining the project to maximise benefits and minimise costs. - The retail PM will also need to be able to show that benefits have been realised and achieved. - Thinking innovatively and identifying new opportunities and best practice. - Communication skills able to adjust for the audience - from shop floor to board room. This is for both written and verbal communication. - Resolving issues and minimise risk by taking corrective measures. Keeping a solution focused manner when investigating problems Experience : Have worked extensively on setting up retail format stores. - Have about 5-8 years of experience in handling project execution. - Have vendor management and project management skills. - Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed - Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire - Is ready to relocate for work.
