We are working with some of the leading FMCG brands as Mondelez, Marico, Pepsico, Coca-Cola, Cycle Pure, Wipro, Britannia, and Adani who are using Kirana Club to launch and promote their products/brands and also discover real-time insights from the ground.

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Sales professional with a proven track record in the CPG industry to spearhead our revenue growth with FMCG brands. Your expertise in building relationships, understanding brand needs, and closing deals will be instrumental in expanding our existing customer base and maximizing revenue potential. If you have a strong belief in the power of new-age solutions to transform the way CPGs interact with Kiranas, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will do:

- Drive FMCG Sales and revenue expansion: Take ownership of our existing pipeline and proactively pursue new leads to significantly increase sales of our offerings to FMCG brands.

- Become a trusted advisor to FMCG brands: Consultatively understand FMCG pain points and how our solutions address their unique challenges. Strategically position the value proposition to increase adoption.

- Lead the sales process from start to finish: Identify potential clients, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and successfully close deals.

- Collaborate for success: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to refine our messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Report and drive continuous improvement: Track sales metrics and analyze results to optimize strategies and continuously refine our sales approach.

Ideal Candidate:

- Demonstrable FMCG sales success: You have a successful history of meeting or exceeding sales targets for enterprise clients in India.

- 3+ years of relevant sales experience: Previous roles focused on selling solutions or services to FMCG brands would be highly valued.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: You have the ability to build rapport, deliver persuasive presentations, and navigate complex negotiations.

- Proven adaptability and self-starter mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and finding creative ways to overcome challenges.

- Analytical and results-driven: You are highly comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and using insights to improve your sales performance.
